Grief can feel less isolating when we meet others who understand something of what we’re going through. Our events and groups create gentle spaces for people to talk, listen, learn and reflect together about bereavement and loss.

No one should have to grieve alone

Whether your bereavement is recent or long ago, grief can feel overwhelming, isolating and hard to put into words.
At Grieving Friends, you’ll find people who understand that pain and are ready to listen, without judgment and at your pace. We offer a mixture of one-to-one and group support, community events and practical help, so you don’t have to face grief on your own.
